8 Week SPT Summer Bod

June 16 – August 7 | Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 7 PM
Designed to help you build strength, lose fat, and feel your best this summer.
Each one-hour session includes:
• 5–10 minute warm-up
• 45 minutes of strength training
• 15-minute high-intensity finisher
• Weekly progress tracking to monitor your strength gains
• Nutrition accountability to support your goals
Please note: this is a set 8-week commitment. Missed sessions are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
Investment: $252 every two weeks for 8 weeks
